The field-trial form may collect your name, company or organisation, email address, application type, project location, equipment information, operational issues and any other details you choose to provide.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess field-trial suitability, prepare technical or partnership discussions, manage follow-up and maintain an accountable record of the request. We do not use the form for solely automated decisions.
4. Legal basis
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the primary basis is your consent, given through the required form checkbox. Where you ask us to explore a project or agreement, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Service providers and international processing
Form submissions are processed using Google Apps Script and may be stored in Google Sheets and communicated through Gmail. Google may process data in locations outside your country or the EEA under its applicable data-protection safeguards. We do not sell field-trial enquiry data.
6. Retention
Enquiry records are reviewed periodically and retained only while needed for assessment, follow-up, an active project, legal obligations or the establishment and defence of claims. Unsuccessful or inactive enquiry records are normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months after the last substantive contact.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability, and may withdraw consent. EU/EEA visitors may also complain to the data-protection supervisory authority in their country.
8. Security and third-party content
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free. Embedded or linked services such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Google may process technical data under their own privacy policies when you interact with them.
